We have an important update regarding your infusion care services. Coastal Pharmacy Services has transitioned to Coastal Infusion Services, a PromptCare Company. This change reflects our recent integration into PromptCare’s national infusion network and allows us to continue providing the high-quality care and support you have come to expect.
As part of this transition, you may receive, or may have already received, a letter from your health plan stating that Coastal Pharmacy Services is no longer contracted or in-network with your plan. We understand this type of communication may cause concern, but we want to reassure you that no action is required on your part.
These notices are related to the previous Coastal Pharmacy Services entity and contract structure. Your care has already been successfully transitioned to Coastal Infusion Services, and there will be no interruption to your therapy or services.
Please know:
• You do not need to change providers.
• You do not need to cancel or reschedule any appointments.
• Your existing care team and services remain in place.
• Your treatment plan, medications, and schedule will remain unchanged.
The same clinical staff, pharmacy team, and support personnel who have been caring for you will continue to manage your treatment. Our commitment to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate infusion care remains unchanged.
